In-transit visibility enables knowing shipment location displayed on timeline whether via GPS device or by way of direct communication with the carrier. Transit reporting is presented as an informative timeline, where data can be added both by the user and the carrier, making the tool operable for the customer. It provides transparent information and real-time status including: place of loading (POL), estimated time of departure (ETD), actual time of departure (ATD), intermediate transit stops, freight transshipment and storage places, place of destination (POD), estimated time of arrival (ETA), actual time of arrival (ATA), estimated and actual transit time, delays, and service performance value.
Daily transit reports are stored with a specific freight and they can be shared or emailed to the customer on the specific dates via integrated file sharing and e-mailing tool.
Notifications remind to update transit report, add fresh information, comments and locations statuses.
Timeline provides full freight performance data.
